Captain Sauce, Marlena and Jonathan,

Thanks for coming out ghost hunting and being patient on getting your data back. My dig today was unsuccessful, but heading back with GPR. Fingers crossed, it’ll get the job done and I won’t have any more blisters on my hands.

As for your data, I’m SUPER excited about the smell we all experienced in Philadelphia Alley. See my notes below in the word list about pie and hormones. Even if someone was baking a pie, we were getting information about the moment. I’m not saying the smell wasn’t paranormal, but I’ve never experienced that smell there before.

Please check out the following SBox audio markers. I wanted to make sure you had the marker for “Take Care” and I also looked into our time frame in Philadelphia Alley based on the smell. This is not an all inclusive list, but shoudl definitely help you when you are listening to your mp3 in its entirety.

Nettie can be seen from the knees up since the renovations of the theater raised the first floor ceiling. Danny and Lela,

Thanks for enduring the annoying rain last night. I left some notes for you below in regards to the digital spirit box word list with verifiable links.

Here are some markers I want you to check out:

Thermal Imaging marker 55:00. In the lot before Philadelphia Alley, we had an odd cold spot with a stop sign leaned against the building. After listening to the audio, looks like you were looking to the left of the hot yellowish area, whereas I was looking at the dark blue spot above it. The darker blue would be colder, and the shadow of the stop sign was SE of the sign in real time. I still don’t have an explanation for it, but it’s there. Not to mention I did feel a quick chill while we were over there.

As for the picture above, if someone can tell me if they remember someone walking across this area, that would debunk it pretty quick, otherwise, I’m going to have my wife, April, dive into this one.

With the words below, I also look for duplicates. The word “Puzzle” came in at the beginning and the end which I find odd, almost as if there is a puzzle hidden somewhere among the words. With most of these words not having any direct meaning to our ghost hunt, it is impossible to determine which other words may have been communication versus randomly generated words.

I want to point out a few markers on the SBox audio above. I stayed focused on the red barn lot since we had plenty of other activity there. The other spirit box team heard the numbers 6 and 4, and I had the number “one” below. I didn’t find a direct tie to this reference, but odd that we all had numbers. You guys did a great job capturing a great video and exploring some of the lesser known areas around the city. Again, my apologies about the SBox audio, but the memory card is no longer accessible at all. Like I told the previous group in their notes, I’m not saying this is paranormal, but there as no reason for the SD card that I’ve been using for months to suddenly be inaccessible.

I left plenty of notes with your word list below, some interesting finds. As for the thermal imaging video, I found no abnormalities at quick glances of our hot spots for the evening. I always encourage my teams to look at the data from both ghost hunts that occurred in the same night just in case there is data there that may make more sense to you personally since it happened in the same night. It happens more often than you think.

And let’s not forget that the battery tester drained quite a bit during your ghost hunt!

As I do with all my groups, I encourage you to leave a review on either Groupon or Trip Advisor if that is where you booked your tickets from. I’m working on building up my reviews on these two platforms specifically, and no pressure, but 5 stars is my running average…lol. Thank you for coming out ghost hunting with me. Unfortunately, during the 9PM tour, the memory card in the SBox spirit box was corrupted and I lost all files, including yours. My apologies, but things like this do happen. I’m not saying it was paranormal, but I don’t have an explanation for a card that I’ve been using for over 6 months to not work all of a sudden.

I left you plenty of notes in the words below. The words seemed a bit vague to me, so I started looking at them collectively, what words are close to other words in the time stamps? Does something else make sense for the location? These are the questions I raise when I do not see direct one word obvious answers to questions we may have been asking.

I’m also questioning two markers in the thermal imaging. It’s not much, but it is defintiely worth me looking into:

• 39:35 Black spot on the wall of the Pinckney Mansion Site
• 39:36 Defined black spot on the “ground”, separated from other darker areas a a very warm area.

During your audio, you’ll hear me repeat what I heard on the reverse spirit box and then say “rewind by 5 seconds”. These are audio markers for you to verify what I heard.

It was my pleasure to take you all around the city. (Even if there were a million helicopters around). Reviews are my best friend and I’m looking to bulk up my reviews on Trip Advisor and Groupon, so if you booked on one of these platforms, I would greatly appreciate more five star reviews, no pressure.

First, know that I dove into the very odd sound on the SB7 spirit box that Kristi and Dawn had. It can be heard on the 39 minute marker in the regular audio. It’s radio noise or a song. Debunked.

Look into some of these markers on the SBox audio above:

• 14:46 “It started”
• 14:58 “Horses”
• 26:29 (disembodied)
• 26:45 “Go deep” **I want to note here the ghost hunt before yours. Quite a bit of evidence shows that Tom Landry, who played with “Big John” and former Cowboys coach was hanging out with us. “Go Deep” could be interpreted as a football pass. Again, not a sports guy, so my research on Landry was done this morning. See their evidence below.

• 1:16:04 “At the (distorted) site”

I told you guys in the beginning of your tour, that I would often see evidence from John Cannady’s teammates. The following terms “TOM” and “Eight” were heard on the SB-7 spirit box and so I dove into Cannady’s teammates.

Tom Landry, former Dallas Cowboy coach, played with Cannady in 1952 where he had 8 interceptions. See link here: Tom Landry 1952

What’s more is that some of the terms from teh word list also match up:

• ALICE: Landry’s wife was named Alicia
• CAT: Landry’s daughter was named Kitty.
• EIGHTH and MILITARY: Landry served under the Eighth Air Force under the U.S. Air Corps See link: Wikipedia

I’m not saying that Landry hung out with us all night, and I’m by no means a sports guy, but I am saying that these terms all seem to add up to Landry.

We also heard the name Richard come out of the reverse spirit box. That is around the 35 minute marker in your regular audio.

I also want to note that this is only the second ghost hunt that used the battery tester, but the first and only successful test. The tour after yours, the battery drainage was normal. Thanks for allowing me to test this theory successfully.

Please look at the word list from the 9PM tour above: At the beginning of my tour at 9, the words “STACKED FURNITURE” showed up. A bit of a delayed response from leaving the Wagener Building, but this happens often.

Your video: let’s be honest here, it’s a mess. The record button was hit 13 times and I had to splice all of your videos together. Also, there is about 40 minutes missing. This video is not in chronological order as my video editor kept moving the spliced pieces around as I attempted to make you one long video out of the pieces. During my review of the data, I stayed focused on the red barn lot and the Wagener Building where in real time, we caught the most activity. Here are some markers to check out in the Spirit box audio and thermal imaging video. I will leave the regular audio for you to review since I gave many verbal clues as to when to rewind and verify.

Thermal Imaging:

50:20 The dot that was spotted could’ve been a few different things. It looked as though it were on a building or on the roof of a building. The way it moved looked like a small animal, and the fact that it was yellow. But judging by the distance and that it disappeared, I have no explanation for this. The distance wouldn’t have picked up the colder area and would’ve just put white lines around the subject. This anomaly at this point is unexplained.

This was a great investigation with plenty of evidence here. Where do I even begin….

I remained pretty focused on the red barn lot, for starters. In the word list below you’ll see 7 terms that I watched come up on the digital spirit box which were my clues that we were going to have to leave the lot quickly. The terms are marked with * in front of them: Mistress, Homicide, Kyle, Nevaeh, Veteran, Demon and Loop. Individually, I wouldn’t think twice about any of these terms, but as a collective, I’m glad I moved us along.

The two pictures you see above (use the slider to see the whole picture), are near the edge of the red barn lot where we decided to move on. I also, for the first time myself, saw something in the green grid pen. It was just a flicker but it was prominent enough for me to know that the words I was seeing were telling me something. The picture on the left is from a previous ghost hunt. I needed to see what exactly was at the edge of the lot. It’s a half-wall about 12-15 feet wide (approximate). The picture on the right shows the red grid boxes. The red grid boxes do not normally show up in digital pictures, feel free to flip through all your pics. Both pictures have been lightened and color enhanced to show detail. The red grid on the left has me baffled on what we caught there, but I will try to add to 3D software to figure it out.

Photo debunked: After revisiting the picture, it looks as though the red grid is being reflected off a metal sign that must be in this area.

On the SBox spirit box audio above, I focused again on the red barn lot time stamps. Here’s what I found:

Thermal Imaging Video

23:50 I was asked to review the teenagers in the distance. The female is 5 degrees cooler than the male, which is odd. The yellow wall in the background would force more colors in the shot, but 5 degrees cooler is quite the difference in humans. Granted the actual temperature of people would be much higher than 91 and 86, but off in the distance, the thermal camera is going to be off a little, it’s the difference I’m truly focused on here.

Your tour is an odd one. In fact, the entire evening with both ghost hunting groups was odd.

Below is the list from the digital spirit box. It is incredibly odd that I do not have more relative words to show you. Unless these words relate to one of you, I only have one possibility and it’s a stretch.

I did catch a few things I want you to take a look at though in the media above.

Thermal Imaging:

20:00 Take a look at the Cru Cafe in the background, remember, I told you I found some EMF upstairs. The window temperatures don’t exactly match up to what I think should be happening here. Usually,all windows will show up blue (colder than the building). However, this didn’t happen here.

24:28-24:30 Someone walking by has a blue head. Skin should always show up as yellow or red. What happened here is that the head of this person shows up after they begin to exit the left side of the screen.

45:00 Take a listen to this quick Q&A I try to have with Eliza. At 45:55 you’ll hear the reverse spirit box say “I already told you once”, the longest phrase I’ve heard out of this app before. There are other things of note, but I specifically wanted to point this out.

As a collective, the absence of relative terms below and the words/phrases heard/see on other devices, I get the gist that we, unfortunately, were not welcome to communicate. This is an anomaly as a whole.

I’m going to leave the regular audio to you to dive into and verify what I heard. I was texted later in the evening some other terms that were heard on the spirit box. At the Pinckney Mansion Site: spiritual, father, mom, dad and God were heard. At Dueler’s Alley, the terms perpetrator and the phrase “Take the Lord”, were heard.

The above picture with the blue streak: taken in Lodge Alley. I zoomed in on the blue blur and then lightened it until I could see the surroundings to debunk a cell phone light possibility. As you can see by the white lines around the blue blur, it started to get a bit distorted, but I still can’t make out any other object around the blur that would cause it. Colors in orbs or streaks of light have meanings, check out this article I wrote on the subject: The Oddity of Orbs.

I’m not surprised that even some of the terms below are of a religious nature, especially after what I heard through the SBox and the relay of terms in the text sent to me. I also found this theme while I was investigating the USS Yorktown, where our soldiers were no doubt, men and women of faith and praying often.

I left you some notes about the digital word list below. I dove into the football teammates of John Cannady and could find no relation. The definition for the word “RASTER” is also below. I watched the video from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after this appeared and couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary.
