- 0:23 “three two”
- 7:06 “forthcoming”
- 11:21 “they killed”
- 16:46 “white man”
- 22:07 “somebody’s car” This one is odd since we were talking about not filming anyone’s vehicle directly.
- 27:23 “appropriate”
- 32:58 “greatest honor” Vague, but this could be related to George Washington being a pallbearer at Eliza Lucas’s funeral.
- 38:19 “outburst”
- 44:10 “curious”
- 50:10 “I’m telling you”
- 1:03:52 “as employees”

- 1:10:01 “free my soul” (song lyric)
- 1:10:17 “of the law”
- 1:15:58 “Mary” Across the street from the Powder Magazine where we discussed female pirates Anne Bonny and Mary Read.

- 1:21:45 “say I’m sorry”
- 1:27:27 “look around”
- 1:33:05 “fight for him”
I found no anomalies in the thermal imaging video during my spot check.
At marker 9:47 something moves from the lower left hand side up the side of the screen. Possibility of being one of my movements, but still shots from the video make this undeterminable.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Pinckney Mansion Site: The word “president” was heard on the SBox spirit box. Readings from the EMF function of the Mel Meter were significantly higher than average: 8.9mG (milligauss), 9.4mG, 12.4mG, 28.1mG, 28.4mG, and 35.1mG.
Philadelphia Alley: The term “gateway” was heard on the way to Philadelphia Alley. See “gate” from the digital spirit box word list above.
Powder Magazine: The terms, “baby” and “picture” were heard while near/around this location. Put together, it could be more relatable to Sue Howard Hardy’s grave across the street on the eastern side of St. Phillip’s Cemetery.

The regular audio is for the stories over again and to listen for any EVPs that may have come through.
Here are the terms/phrases I discovered while spot checking your spirit box audio:

- 4:47 “your heart” Noteworthy that the first two terms I find are both red in color (Big Red Barn).
- 9:58 “seventeen”
- 14:59 “he’s proud”
- 20:18 “come upon a brick”
- 25:03 “that’s the point”
- 25:09 “keep things going”
- 29:35 “little one” Complementary to the word “child” received on the digital spirit box.
- 34:03 “citadel” This is not a term I normally hear through any spirit box and we did discuss the brawl between Big John Cannady and the cadets from the Citadel.
- 34:25 “head down”
- 38:36 “want to learn”
- 43:30 “everything I do”
- 51:24 “come on back” (song lyric)
- 55:38 “down the hatches”
- 59:58 “killed twenty-two year old” I had to verify this one to be certain, but Dr. Joseph Brown Ladd was indeed 22 when he had his duel with Ralph Isaacs.
- 1:00:12 “only one”
- 1:04:50 “four men”
- 1:05:16 “found justice”
- 1:05:41 “complications” (song lyric) We would’ve been getting near St. Phillip’s Cemetery where an apparition of Sue Howard Hardy has been caught by a local photographer; she died six days after her stillborn baby.
- 1:11:23 “April third” Anne Bonny died on April 22, 1782. With my spirit boxes slowed down, it will often pick up unnecessary words before and after the “clue” or “message”.
- 1:16:18 “Jordan Walker” I don’t know who “Jordan” is, but Sue Howard Hardy’s full name is Sue Howard Walker Hardy.
I found no anomalies in the thermal imaging video during my spot check.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Pinckney Mansion Site: The word “died” was heard on the SBox Spirit Box. The K-II EMF meter was spiking at 15-25 mG (milligauss) throughout the site.
Powder Magazine: The phrase “I have no joy” was heard in real-time from the SBox. Based on the term “complication” found in the SBox recording, this has a possibility of coming from the Sue Howard Hardy story. Small spike of 10mG from the K-II EMF Meter.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Big Red Barn: Consistent spikes of 15-25mG (milligauss) on the K-II EMF Meter. A spike of 8.7mG on the EMF function of the Mel Meter. The term “carriage” was heard on one of the SBox spirit boxes. (relative to the horses inside the barn that offer carriage tours).
Pinckney Mansion Site: K-II Meter spiked at max readings of 20-25mG throughout the site. The EMF function of the Mel Meter gave spikes of 4.5mG, 9mG, 12mG, and 18mG.
Lodge Alley and Philadelphia Alley: The terms heard on spirit boxes “got shot” (obviously relative to the duels that occurred in Philadelphia Alley), “drunk”, “ninety” (heard twice), “gun” (heard twice, same relevancy to the duels in Philadelphia Alley).

Your regular audio holds the stories for reference along with any EVPs that may have come through.
Here are the terms/phrases I discovered while spot checking your spirit box audio:
- 1:13 “more than four”
- 6:59 “verse nine”
- 12:17 “rich”
- 18:20 “confused”
- 24:11 “complained of a head[ache]” This was about 20-30 minutes before Jim needed to sit down.
- 30:45 “four eight” The irony here is that we had “fourth” and “eight” in the digital spirit box word list. See below.
- 36:32 “financial status” Discussing the Pinckney Mansion and how it stood on the broad side of East Bay Street.
- 43:10 “also the one”
- 49:45 “money”
- 56:53 “gray”
- 57:02 “did not take long”
- 1:09:20 “most of the arguments”
- 1:16:39 “there’s a mistake”
- 1:16:54 “fifty-seven”
- 1:22:58 “their married date” We would’ve been near Philadelphia Alley at this point discussing the engagement of Joseph Brown Ladd and his fiancée, Amanda. We also had the word “wedding” heard in real time while near this location.
- 1:23:09 “I wasn’t” This one is just odd, it seems like a whisper, but it only goes through two radio stations. Too difficult to tell if this voice is “disembodied”, meaning not radio chatter.
- 1:30:02 “Jerry”
- 1:37:35 “eight two” Anne Bonny died on April 25, 1782.
- 1:44:47 “sixteen years” Kind of a stretch, but Anne Bonny is said to have James Bonny when she was approximately 15-16 years old.
- 1:51:16 “confrontational”
I found no anomalies in the thermal imaging video or in the full spectrum lighting video. It should be noted that the full spectrum lighting camera froze up several times throughout the investigation causing us to lose quite a bit of footage.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Big Red Barn: Consistent spikes on the K-II EMF Meter of 20-25mG (max reading). The EMF function on the Mel Meter showed spikes of 14.7mG (milligauss), 7.8mG. The terms heard in real time: “horse” (relating to what’s inside the barn), “fire” (could be related to either the Great Fire of 1861 which took out the Pinckney Mansion close by or the fire that ended the first reign of Big John’s Tavern in 2015).
Pinckney Mansion Site: Consistent spikes of 20-25mG on the K-II EMF Meter. EMF function of the Mel Meter displayed spikes of 10.7mG and 14mG. Terms heard in real-time: “James” (heard three times at this point), “arrest”, “home” (heard twice), and “third”.
Philadelphia Alley: The term “wedding” was heard after discussing the duel between Ralph Isaacs and engaged Dr. Joseph Brown Ladd.

Here is the regular audio for reference to the stories along with any EVPs that may have come through.
Here are the terms/phrases I discovered while spot checking your spirit box audio:
- 0:07 “important thing to do”
- 7:32 “more than twenty-five”
- 13:30 “I’m begging” (song lyric)
- 13:22 “principle”
- 25:06 “two six”
- 25:13 “apple dot com” George Washington is said to be associated with apples. This is not the first time I’ve seen the word “apple” show up near the Pinckney Mansion site. Washington served as a pallbearer at Eliza Lucas’s funeral.
- 31:13 “need him”
- 38:39 “thirty-five percent”
- 45:28 “I had to find it’s source”
- 52:01 “identify the remains” This would’ve been about the time I was discussing Baby George’s death.
- 1:03:06 “champions” Nearing Philadelphia Alley where duels occurred, once known as Dueler’s Alley.
- 1:03:35 “forever hold your peace” I found this one a bit odd, since this is something you say at a wedding. Dr. Joseph Brown Ladd was engaged to his beloved Amanda, not quite married yet, but still engaged.
- 1:09:29 “tragedy strikes now” We would’ve been outside Philadelphia Alley at this time.
- 1:13:51 “suppress the truth”
- 1:20:08 “lost” Vague, but could possibly be related to the story of Sue Howard Hardy who died six days after her stillborn child.
- 1:20:15 “Adolf Hitler” Just weird. Who’s talking about this guy on the radio????
- 1:20:30 “eighty percent”
- 1:28:43 “handbook”
- 1:29:02 “just a kid” Still close to St. Phillip’s, a stretch, but we discussed Sue Howard Hardy’s baby.
- 1:36:39 “paradise”
- 1:43:27 “beer for every pallet”
- 1:51:59 “I have passage”
- 1:52:18 “couple has stood” So vague, but so related to the story of Anne Bonny and Mary Read who stood before Chief Justice Nicholas Lawes for piracy.
33:00 Cold spot past the hunter in the center of the screen. This would be near the front gate of the Pinckney Mansion site. Looks like something is peeking at us from behind the wall.
40:06 Cold spot on the right-hand side of the screen that changes shape. Go frame by frame, the anomaly has a peculiar shape and temperature read versus the other cold areas of the location.
6:30 An anomaly (orb) hops from a ghost hunter to the window of the Lodge Alley Inn. It’s subtle and has no point of origin or destination, it simply disappears. If this were an insect, we would see a flight pattern that is straight and fast. This was arched and short.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Big Red Barn: Spikes of 8.3mG (milligauss) on the EMF function of the Mel Meter, and consistent spikes of 15-25mG (maxed for this device) on the K-II EMF Meter. Terms heard on the spirit boxes here: “three fifty-seven” (although this is a speculated firearm that could’ve been used in the shooting of Big John during a bar brawl, there is no sufficient evidence to back this up), “cash” (heard three times).
Pinckney Mansion Site: Consistent spikes of 20-25mG on the K-II EMF Meter. EMF function of the Mel Meter displayed spikes of 10mG, and the REM Pod function showed ranges of “orange” and “blue” indicating motion near the device. Terms heard on the spirit boxes: “blue jeans” (an obvious reference to Eliza’s indigo and how we use it today), “nominate” (relative to Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, Eliza’s son, being a candidate for presidency).
Lodge Alley: Terms heard on the spirit boxes: “Roger”, “Jim” (although there were several ‘James’ that lived in Lodge Alley, this nickname is highly unlikely to be relevant. See pages 12-13 of this archaeological document for the full list of residents of Lodge Alley), “Aaron”.
Philadelphia Alley: The term “ring” was heard after discussing the duel between Ralph Isaacs and engaged Dr. Joseph Brown Ladd.
Powder Magazine: First and foremost, the REM Pod function of the Mel Meter gave several color signals: “blue” “green” and “purple” (on command). This is very significant, and “call and answer” replies have come through this device in past investigations, nice work. Terms heard on the spirit boxes: “golden” (we were discussing the Golden Age of Piracy), “wind”, “too young”, “premature” (came up when asking about Anne Bonny’s baby) “weeks”, and “depressed”.

The regular audio will provide the stories over again for reference along with any EVPs that may have come through.
Here are the terms/phrases I discovered while spot checking your spirit box audio:
- 1:21 “retirement”
- 7:14 “growing”
- 11:30 “four years” A number we often get while in the Pinckney Mansion site relating to the number of children by Eliza and Charles: Charles Cotesworth, Thomas, George, Harriot.
- 11:40 “I’ve been waiting”
- 15:59 “German”
- 21:21 “they’re in trouble”
- 26:15 “hi John” Still close to Big John’s Tavern, named after 1947 New York Giants football player, John Cannady.
- 32:35 “what does that look like”
- 32:46 “overcome”
- 38:39 “official clothing”
- 44:24 “freaking out”
- 49:48 “is he here”
- 54:34 “Paul” We would’ve been leaving or close to leaving the Pinckney Mansion site where I told you to listen for names of the residents of Lodge Alley. There was a John Paul that lived in Lodge Alley in 1855. See pages 12-13 of this archaeological document for the full list of residents.
- 1:01:21 “1970” Granted, we would’ve been away from the Pinckney Mansion site, but Eliza died at the age of 70 in 1793 from breast cancer.
- 1:07:11 “run away” (song lyric)
- 1:14:12 “focus”
- 1:19:20 “children” This, along with the number 5 from the digital spirit box, gives us the clue of how many total children that Anne Bonny had: one in Cuba, and four more after her pirate career.
- 1:24:04 “arresting him” Still at the Powder Magazine where I told you about the arrests of Calico Jack and all of his crew, including Anne Bonny and Mary Read.
I found no anomalies or abnormalities in temperature while spot-checking your thermal imaging video.

Real Time Events based on Location:
Big Red Barn: The terms “team”, “four years”, “a bad day”, were heard on the SBox spirit box.
Pinckney Mansion Site: Terms heard on the SBox: “forty-second”, “lies”, “family”, “children”, “heaven”, “prison”, “9AM”, “three-zero-three”, “ninety-three” (relatable to Eliza Lucas’s death in 1793, nice catch), “giant” (relatable to the Big John’s football team), “McArthur”.
Lodge Alley: Terms heard on the SBox: “Fran”, “burn” (there is evidence of fires that occurred here), “baby” relatable to either families that lived here or in our upcoming location of St. Phillip’s Cemetery where the story of Sue Howard Hardy is often told), “Betty”, “boys”.
St. Phillip’s Church and Cemetery: The term “December” was heard. Sue Howard Hardy was born December 11, 1858. Keep in mind the digital spirit box gave us the number eleven very early in our investigation.
Powder Magazine: Terms heard on the SBox: “three”, “all of these things”, “love” (heard twice), “Valentine’s Day”, “eight five” (look at the birth year of Sue Howard Hardy), “night”. Most of these terms can be vaguely relatable to the story of Anne Bonny, but the “eight five” is very distinctive to Sue Howard Hardy.

In your regular audio, you’ll find the stories over again for reference, along with any EVPs that may have come through.
Here are the terms/phrases I discovered while spot checking your spirit box audio:
- 0:25 “gift for college”
- 5:41 “like me”
- 10:30 “destroys the night” (song lyric)
- 16:03 “six eight”
- 22:03 “expensive”
- 26:48 “opportunity”
- 26:54 “seven six” This could be when Ben heard “seventy-six” and is up for speculation. I’ll point out that Eliza Lucas Pinckney died at the age of seventy, therefore the “six” is not needed in this message.
- 27:00 “go through all of this”
- 33:43 “careful”
- 37:53 “old covenant”
- 43:21 “prison”
- 49:04 “smoke alarm” A stretch, but we would’ve still been in Lodge Alley where many fires have burned. Evidence of this was found during the archaeological dig under the Belgian Blocks.
- 54:24 “so cold” (song lyric)
- 59:39 “man and God”
- 1:04:28 “I think you’re great”
- 1:09:16 “character”
- 1:09:19 “attacking the church” It’s not uncommon to hear/see terms and phrases related to St. Phillip’s.
- 1:13:59 “my husband”
- 1:18:08 “ninety-nine” It is speculated that Anne Bonny was born between 1697 and 1702 depending on which version of the story you find.
- 1:27:04 “Charles” This would be the second “Charles” that was heard near St. Phillip’s Cemetery, where Charles Pinckney is buried.
I found no anomalies in the thermal imaging video.
