Chris, Carrie and Madison,

Listening to your regular audio, you’ll hear me repeat what I heard in real time with a “rewind by 5 seconds” immediately after for you to verify the reverse spirit box.

I can see why Madison was having a hard time in the Pinckney Mansion lot, there wasn’t much there. Here are a few markers I found. I always encourage my ghost hunters to go through the entire recording to see what you’ll discover.

• 00:02 “bad judges”
• 28:30 “took him seriously”
• 35:08 “changes everything”
• 35:17 “solved the murder of her sister”
• 43:16 “cool”
• 1:06:12 “look forward to the day”

I didn’t see any anomalies in the thermal imaging video. Please let me know if you see something questionable.

I stayed focused on our time at the Pinckney Mansion site due to our special guest, namesake Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, a direct descendent of the Pinckney family. Well, I did promise you that you would never forget this tour….

IN your regular audio above, you’ll hear audio markers where I repeat what I hear, then say “rewind by 5seconds”. You’ll also hear all the terms and phrases that were heard on the non-recordable spirit box. For example, the word “Wednesday” was heard when asked what day it was.

In your SBox spirit box, here are a few terms/phrases that I caught. This is to help you learn how to listen to this recording. This is not an all inclusive list, and I urge you to listen to the entire recording looking for clues/messages like the digital spirit box word list below. Here are the terms I heard:

• 12:53 “coolest qualities ever”
• 21:27 “hot water”
• 37:25 “tired of it”
• 38:37 “third location” Just as a point of reference, we were actually in the third location of the tour.
• 39:04 “has it’s ups and downs”
• 40:25 “in my family”
• 41:19 “stay away from people” I had to laugh at this one.
• 49:14 “fire burning” Great catch, Grayson! The Pinckney Mansion did indeed burn down in the Great Fire of 1861.
• 1:40:28 “crazy to me” (another chuckle)

We did catch something a bit unexplainable in the thermal imaging video. The windows of the Wagener Building are usually all the same color/shade of blue. At 1:32:00, you’ll see that there are some panes that are orange, simply meaning that the windows that share a pane with them are simply colder. By 1:33:00, the window colors shift to the other side of the pane. Granted, the angle was changed, but this shouldn’t have changed the temperature of hottest/coldest to different sides of the window frame.

I also took a look into the red barn lot where there were “black spots” around me when I was explaining Thermodynamics. Those “black spots” on the wall were normal. Read more about Thermodynamics here.

You all did a fantastic job with all the equipment and handling our encounters throughout the night. I’m dubbing Stewart as a new hero on my registrar of heroes.

Oh, almost forgot, something went a little wonky with the digital camera and we do not have any pictures after a few were taken in Philadelphia Alley. Take that for what it is. There were no other anomalies found in the pictures that were taken.

Most of the pictures were blurry, so even adding a light filter to the Wagener Building pics, I wasn’t able to make out any odd shadows.

Justin and Whitney heard “George Bush” on the SB7 spirit box when asking about the pallbearer at Eliza Pinckney’s funeral; the answer to that question is George Washington.

I didn’t find any odd shadows or anomalies in the photos or thermal imaging video. I also couldn’t find any relation to a “Nathaniel” to the Pinckneys, but there is a Nathaniel Russell House Museum; I just can’t find a connection.

Let’s not forget that Angela heard “Ralph” on her spirit box when we were looking into the Wagener Building. Again, seems that all activity was leaned in on Philadelphia Alley and the duel that occurred between Dr. Ladd and Ralph Isaacs.

I listened for the “Benjamin” that was heard on the recordable spirit box, but could not locate it.
